Job Overview
As a result of our exceptional growth in recent years, EcomTex is looking for a hardworking professional with a track record of expertise to join our growing team. We are currently seeking a dedicated Finance and Investment Analyst and Adviser to provide critical insights and support our strategic financial goals.
Main Responsibilities
Data Analysis: Analyse complex financial and investment data to guide business decisions.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports, management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and keep up to date with competitor industry trends and policies.
Investment Advice: Advise on investment opportunities and assess potential financial risks.
Variance Analysis: Perform detailed variance analysis and monitor cash flow against budgets.
Strategic Support: Support long-term financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making for the organization.
Financial Health: Providing insights on the financial health of the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Candidates must have at least one year of relevant experience in a financial or analytical role if qualified at RQF Level 6 (degree level). Those qualified at RQF Level 5 must have 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience demonstrating equivalent competency.
Experience: At least one year of relevant experience in a financial or analytical role.
IT Proficiency: Advanced IT skills, including experience with financial software and submission platforms.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting to stakeholders.
Independence: Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
